Welcome to Nase Family Dental, we look forward to meeting you!
Here is some information to help you plan for your first visit with us.
What to Expect: Your initial visit will last approximately 1 hour. You will receive a dental cleaning, x-rays if needed, and oral hygiene instruction by one of our dental hygienists. Our dentist will exam you, and inform you of any existing dental problems you may have. We will also address any concerns or changes that you would like to explore.
Prior to your appointment date, please electronically fill out the 2 New Patient forms found on our website here to expedite your registration/check-in process. The first form includes your demographic information, insurance information and a dental history. The other form includes your health history. Make sure to hit the “submit” button after filling out each of the two forms. We will then have all that information imported into your paperless electronic record prior to your arrival.
Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to check in, and provide photo ID, and dental insurance card (if applicable). If you do not have access to a computer, please arrive 20 minutes early, to fill out all the necessary paperwork.
We strive to stay on schedule, and are very proud of our short wait times, so please plan to be prompt for your appointment.
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but please let us know as promptly as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment.

If you have a dental insurance plan that we are not directly in-network with, we are happy to submit all the necessary insurance claims on your behalf. Unlike health insurance, visiting an out-of-network dentist does not always mean you will be paying a lot more.
Dental Access Plan
We accept the Aetna Dental Savings Plan that you may purchase independently online. It is not dental insurance, instead it is a dental discount program that has an annual membership fee that entitles members to reduced fees at participating providers.
In House Savings Plan
The Nase Savings Plan is a great option for those who do not have dental insurance. The annual fee includes 2 cleanings, 2 examinations, annual check-up x-rays, and an additional 15% off of all other services like fillings, crowns, dentures, bridges, and implants. It also includes 15% off at North Penn Endodontics and Commonwealth Oral Surgeons in Lansdale, PA.
We accept cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express in payment for our services. Financing Options: We have no interest financing available for certain procedures through Wells Fargo Health Advantage and Care Credit. The application process is quick, and can be completed in our office with immediate acceptance.
We offer interest free financing options for our patients that need to receive general or more complex dentistry work now, but need the option to pay over time.
Wells Fargo Health Savings and Care Credit® are programs that have a streamlined application process in our office with instant credit approval.
